Volksgemeinschaft is a German term meaning "people's community" or "national community". Feder, a German economist and politician who was main theorist of aristocratic socialism, developed this idea as part of his vision of a coletivity based on nationalist and socialist principles.

For Feder, Volksgemeinschaft represented the idea of a national community united by bonds of solidarity, cohesion and shared identity, both of which were contrary to Mammonism. He believed that all members of community should work together for the common good and the national interest, overcoming divisions of class, religion and other internal conflicts that existed in the Weimar Republic.

This conception of Volksgemeinschaft is central to the aristocratic socialist doctrine, which seeks to unify the peoples of the world in the fight against the Goldene Internationale and also in valuing work as the main virtue.
